Agrawal Order On Board / 12 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer representation before the respondent No. 2- Raipur Development Authority (for short 'RDA') for redressal of his grievance and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before respondent No. 2- RDA within one month from today and in turn the

respondent No. 2-RDA shall consider and decide the same on its own merit in accorance with law expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
