In the present Writ Petition, all the petitioners have retired from the Tribal Welfare Department of the State Government on different dates and they are claiming pay-scale at par with the teachers of the School Education Department.

Since, all the petitioners have already retired, let the petitioners make a detailed representation in respect of their claim before the High Power Retiral Dues Committee constituted by the State Government for redressal of their grievance.

The office of Advocate General may also refer the case of the petitioners to the High Power Retiral Dues Committee promptly. 4.
On receipt of the said representation of the petitioners, let the Committee look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass a suitable order within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
