Agrawal Order On Board 02/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to raise dispute under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the Collector within a period of 7 days from today.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to raise dispute under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the Collector within a period of 7 days from today. If such a dispute is raised by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost.
