Though the number of grounds have been raised in this petition, at present, learned counsel for the petitioner presses for disposal of the petition only on the ground that he has already preferred a representation against his transfer on the ground of mental illness of his wife. He submits that at present, he needs some adjustment for sometime to facilitate treatment of his wife.
-2Taking into consideration the nature of grievance raised and the medical certificates which have been placed on record, it would be in all fairness that the representation made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 is considered and decided. For a period of three weeks, coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner. The respondent No.2 shall decide petitioner's representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The protection shall be available to the petitioner only when the copy of this order is submitted before the competent Authority within ten days.
