Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be allowed to make a fresh complaint / representation against the respondent No. 4 before the respondent No. 5- Municipal Corporation, Chirmiri.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint / representation before the respondent No. 5 within ten days from today and, in that event, the respondent No. 5 shall consider and decide the petitioner's

representation expeditiously.
