Agrawal Order On Board 02/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by respondent authorities but in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to him, against which he has made representation before respondents No.2 & 3, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore direction

may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.2 & 3 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
