1. At the outset counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to make representation to the State Government in respect of the impugned order of transfer. On making such representation, the authorities concerned may decide it in accordance with the transfer policy and the rules, regulations governing the field and also take into consideration the administrative exigency that arises.

2. To this limited prayer State counsel does not oppose.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before State authorities by making appropriate representation.
