1. Challenge to transfer order of the petitioner is based on the submission that the petitioner is a female teacher and, therefore, under Clause 10 of the Transfer Policy, she is entitled to be considered for exemption from transfer as surplus employee.

-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representation has been made, but, till date, it has not been decided.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if representation has been made, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority at the earliest.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and that the Transfer Policy requires consideration of the case of the petitioner for exemption from transfer as surplus employee in terms of Clause-10 of the Transfer Policy, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide representation of the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
