Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an objection to the seniority list of Assistant Sub-Inspector for grant of promotion before the respondents No. 2 and 3 which is pending consideration since 26.09.2013 and has not been decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the objection raised by the petitioner with regard to the seniority list for grant of promotion and further benefits expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
