Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have passed the B.Ed. Examination and obtained their degree on 24.07.2017 but their candidatures for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) has been rejected by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mungeli by a non-speaking order for which they may be allowed to make representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Mungeli.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mungeli within seven days from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the petitioners' representation by a reasoned and speaking order within ten days from the date of filing of the representation. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
