1. Heard on I.A.No.1 of 2020, which is an application for withdrawal of the instant writ petition.

allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition, at this stage, with liberty to file a fresh petition, if cause of action arises in future.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
