Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an objection before the respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Balrampur against the rejection of his candidature for the post of Lecturer (Chemistry) on 05.12.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the objection raised by the petitioner against the rejection of his candidature for the post of Lecturer (Chemistry) expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make an additional representation, if any. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
