(2) In WP(S) No.3926 of 2015, this Court had directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation concerning his absorption on the post of Contract Teacher Grade-III, in due course re-designated as Assistant Teacher (Panchayat). (3) The representation has been decided by the Janpad Panchayat, Tokapal on 24.11.2014 (Annexure R/1).

(4) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation has not been decided within time and secondly, a copy

of the order has not been served upon him.

(5) Be that as it may, since the representation has already been decided and the respondent has tendered unconditional apology, this Court does not wish to proceed further in the matter.
