2. This is the second bail application

3. The applicant has preferred the bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.309/2020, registered at Police Station - New Rajendra Nagar, Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 22 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.

4. The first bail application was dismissed on merits by detailed order in MCRC No.502 of 2021 on 29-01-2021. There is no such change in the circumstances warranting taking a different view of the matter at this stage.
