With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

This writ petition is preferred challenging the selection of respondent No.6 as Aaganbadi Worker, Ward No.12, Municipal Council Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara.

Under the extant guideline, the impugned order is appealable under Clause 11 read with relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal.
