Suryakant Manhar v. State Of Chhattisgarh
NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR MCRCA No. 731 of 2015 Suryakant Manhar S/o Sadaram Manhar Aged About 32 years R/o Village Silatra, P.S. Dharsiva, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Applicant
Versus
State Of Chhattisgarh Through : Station House Officer, Police Station Dharsiva, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent For Applicant :
Smt. Renu Kochar, Advocate For Respondent/State :
Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 31/07/2015 Heard.
This is the second application for grant of anticipatory bail by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier, during consideration of first bail application, the applicant could not convince this Court that the applicant is not involved in the offence. She submits that the applicant's identity is seriously doubtful. He is not the person who is involved in the commission of offence. After considering the submission made and perusal of the case diary, this Court passed the order allowing the application of other co-accused and rejecting application of the present applicant. Having done so, I am not inclined nor it is permissible for this Court to review its earlier order of rejection of bail application. The application is therefore rejected.
