Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh cause of action has arose after filing of the writ petition, therefore he sought permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
