Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application seeking grant of permission / No Objection Certificate for running

the Nursing College is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 since 13.07.2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of No Objection Certificate in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
