The relief that the Petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the Respondent authorities to take appropriate action on the enquiry conducted against the private Respondents and the report of which was submitted vide Annexure P-4, dated 16.10.2019.

Perusal of record would clearly show that Respondent No.3, the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Surajpur, District Surajpur has already issued a letter to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Sub Division Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur to take appropriate action under the law, vide his correspondence dated 20.1.2020. 3.

In view of the fact that Respondent No.3 already has issued instructions for appropriate action, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need of issuance of any further direction in this regard. It is expected that the authorities concerned shall act in terms of correspondence dated 20.1.2020 issued by Respondent No.3, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
