1. Earlier bail application was rejected. This is repeat application for grant of bail mainly on the ground of delay in trial and that the other co-accused who has been granted bail, who needs a proper treatment and without the applicant, she may not get proper treatment.

2. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that earlier bail application was rejected by this Court on 28.01.2021, at this stage, present is not a fit case for grant of bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected. However, in case, trial is not concluded within four months, the applicant would be at liberty to revive the application for grant of bail.
