Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 18/03/2020

1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 02.03.2020 passed by the Respondent No. 3 whereby the respondent No. 5 has been alloted the work order for preparation and supply of mid-day-meal at the Govt. Girls Primary School, Saja, and Govt Boys Middle School, Saja.

3. Given the said fact that there is a mechanism in the guideline itself for approaching the Collector against the order of the Block

Education Officer, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer a fresh appeal/representation to the respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 in turn shall decide the same taking into consideration the contention that the petitioner shall make in the objection/representation at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 from today.
