From the order dated 16.02.2010 recorded by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.2549 of 2006, it is evident that the writ petition was withdrawn on a mention made by a counsel.

In the restoration application, allegations are made against the counsel. He has remedy under law. Till that fact is established, we are not inclined to restore the restoration application.

In the result, restoration application is dismissed. 5.
