This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 360/2014 registered at Police Station Bodhghat, Jagdalpur, Civil and Revenue District Bastar (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 120-B Read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of IT Act. 3.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 22.02.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 202/2016. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected.
