This petition has not been brought being aggrieved by any specific order.

It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner has filed a complaint before the Court below for taking cognizance against the respondents for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420 & 384 of IPC. After receiving the complaint on record, the learned trial Court has passed an order on 8.11.2019 and directed the concerned police-station to submit inquiry report on the next date of listing i.e. on

Page No.2 21.1.2020. However, since no report was submitted on the said date, it has been ordered that a fresh memo be issued. It is submitted that the learned Court below is passing formal orders without taking seriously the complaint of applicant and as per information collected, till date no memo has been issued to the concerned police station calling upon it to submit inquiry report on the complaint made by the applicant. Therefore, it is prayed that a specific direction be issued to the concerned Court.

After considering on the submissions so made, this petition is disposed off at motion stage with a direction to the Court below concerned to conclude the proceeding of submission of inquiry report by the police expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order to it.
