Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file a revision. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse of the appropriate proceeding. This Court has not observed anything on merit. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of both the Annexure A-1 & A-2 to the counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
