2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the Sub Divisional Magistrate has passed an order under Section 133(घ) of the Code of Criminal Procedure but that is not being followed by the concerned Station House Officer.

3. Learned State Counsel would submit that if the petitioners make representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, he will look into the matter.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur, who will look into the matter and take a decision on

the said representation in accordance with law expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction the present writ petition stands disposed of.
