Shri Vinod Tekam, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 28/07/2015 Heard on application (MCC) for restoration of writ petition. In view of the grounds urged in the application for restoration, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause has been made out for non-appearance of the petitioner on 24.7.2015. Therefore, the application (MCC) is allowed. Order dated 24.7.2015, dismissing the Writ Petition (C) No.879 of 2015 for want of prosecution, is hereby recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the interim order in the writ petition may also be restored.
