Grievance of Petitioner is that he was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II on 3.7.2008 and thereafter he has completed 8 years of service on 3.7.2016 from date of his initial appointment, therefore, as per the Circular of the State Government, dated 17.5.2013, he was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 3.7.2016 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted to him from 1.7.2017.

Considering the facts of the case and taking note of the Circular dated 17.5.2013, it is directed that Respondents No.3 & 4 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after verification of the factual aspect whether the Petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 3.7.2016 or not.

It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
