Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's main grievance is that while transferring him, the transfer policy dated 11/06/2016 (Annexure P-3) has been ignored by the transferring authority. Therefore, at this stage, petitioner prays that the State Government may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner for redressal of his grievance. 2.

It is found that at present, no representation has been preferred by the petitioner. If the petitioner has any grievance of administrative nature, he may prefer representation before the State Government, which shall be considered and decided by the State Government as early as possible. 3.
