(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.100/2015 registered at Police Station Vidhan Sabha, Raipur, for the offences punishable under Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

(2) Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; and the arms, which were used in the offence in question, have been seized from the possession of the applicant; and the fact that ten criminal cases are registered against the applicant

for different offences including Arms Act & NDPS Act, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected.
