1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.61/2014 (Criminal Case No.10221/2014 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur), registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, Raipur, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the IPC.

2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, the manner in which the applicant and other co-accused are said to have stolen gold ornaments and cash from the house of complainant Tal Singh Dewangan and recovery from the present applicant, I do not consider it a fit case for grant of regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, the application is rejected.
