Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 27/03/2018 1.

The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 31/03/2006 which is an order of recovery from the retiral dues payable to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,84,631/-.

2.

At the outset this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition for the reason that, the same has been filed after more than 12 years from the date the impugned has been passed. The petitioner himself had retired on 31/03/2006. From 2006 till the date of filing of the petition i.e.

on 15/03/2018, there does not appear to have been any grievance on the part of the petitioner to challenge during all these period. 3.

Thus, since the petition suffers from delay and latches, the same deserve to be and is accordingly dismissed.

4.

However, the reluctance by this Court in entertaining the present Writ Petition would not preclude the petitioner from seeking redressal from the respondents by making a suitable representation. 5.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
