Petitioner has filed this petition challenging the transfer order dated 28/06/2016 mainly on personal ground.

According to the petitioner, her husband is suffering from some acute illness of Kidney malfunction and her transfer may result severe hardship. 3.

The aforesaid ground can be best examined by the transferring authority and not by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, all that can be done is that the representation filed by the petitioner be considered and decided by the

transferring authority within a period of three weeks. 5.

If no one is posted at the place of the petitioner, coercive steps may not be taken against the petitioner for a period of three weeks. 6.
