Contract in question was awarded as far back as on 14.08.2018 and only recently on 08.03.2019 writ application has been filed trying to nitpick on various shortfalls or infirmities in the tender filed by Respondent No.4. 3.

Petitioner is given leeway and liberty to move the appropriate authority in this regard who will examine the veracity of such assertions and communicate to the Petitioner the outcome thereof.
