Agrawal Order On Board 11/10/2017 (1) Hazrat Fateh Shah Mazar & Masjid, Raipur has made an application to the Collector, Raipur under Section 68(2) of the Waqf Act, 1995 for handing over the charge of the Hazrat Fateh Shah Mazar & Masjid from respondent No. 6, which has not been considered and decided till this date. (2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and

decide the application of Hazrat Fateh Shah Mazar & Masjid expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost (s).
