Order On Board 17/08/2015 The relief sought by the petitioner in this petition is with regard to expeditious conduct of election in the co-operative society by directing respondent authorities to appoint Returning Officer.

This Court had directed the Election Commission to file an affidavit, in response to which, affidavit of P. S. Sarpraj, Secretary of State Co-operative Election Commission, Raipur, in which, it has been stated that proceedings towards conduct of elections are on and after preparation of electoral roll, Returning Officer has been appointed vide order dated 10-08-2015 and election programme has also been issued.
