1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging his transfer order on personal hardship, which include illness of his wife as well. Certain medical reports have been placed on record.

2. The petitioner has preferred a representation to the State Govt. Considering the totality of the circumstances, all that can be done at this stage is to direct that the representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of 4 weeks. The transferring authority may also consider whether the petitioner should be
