The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 14-10-2014 from Baloda to Champa. This transfer order was challenged by filing a petition (W.P.(S)No.5651/2014) and vide order dated 26-11-2014, the petitioner was directed to comply with the transfer order. The petitioner then joined at Champa. The transfer order was revoked vide order dated 07-11-2014 which fact was not brought to the notice of this Court when the order was passed on 26-11-2014. On 29-12-2015, the petitioner was relieved to join at Baloda and the petitioner joined at Baloda on 30-12-2015. The petitioner has now transferred from Baloda to Community Health Center Saja on administrative grounds.

The petitioner may bring to the notice of the respondent authorities that due to revocation of earlier transfer order, he came back to Baloda in December, 2015 and the representation, if any, made by the petitioner in 10 days, would be considered by
the respondent authority whether the administrative exigency to transfer to Saja, District Bemetara, is so much so that the personal difficulty of the petitioner is to be ignored. The decision shall be taken in four weeks. The petitioner may join at the new place of posting, which will be subject to change if any made by the government. 4.
