1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.312/2020, registered at Police Station Kondagaon, DistrictKondagaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 B (ii-C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. The applicant was found illicit possession of 77.750 k.g. of contraband Ganja.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the whopping quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant and the parameters under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
