Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/08/2016 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailments; husband of the petitioner is posted at Raipur; he is also not keeping well and has undergone major heart surgery. 2.

It is submitted that if the petitioner is sent to the transferred place, it would be difficult for the petitioner to manage family affairs and health problems. 3.

The grounds which are being raised in this petition are essentially the matters which can be raised by way of preferring representation and the same can be looked into on administrative side. The transfer policy permits every Government servant to represent their case on such grounds as may be available to them under the law.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction that if the
