(2) This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.70/2015 registered at Police Station Korar, District North Bastar, Kanker, for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application and the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.
(4) He is permitted to do so.
(5) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
