Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/08/2016 The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent authorities that the petitioner has only one year left for his retirement and as per Government transfer policy dated 11/06/2016, he should be considered for transfer either to his home district or to a place of his option. It is submitted that the option has also been submitted before the authorities on 24/06/2016.

The representation of the petitioner may be considered and decided as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks subject to administrative exigency.
