Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board /07/2021 1.
Defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case stand ignored. 2.
With the consent of learned Counsels appearing for the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself.
3.
The limited grievance of Petitioner is that in the Gradation List published in the year 2019 she has been placed on a lower position by reflecting her seniority on the post from 1.7.2018 whereas she was promoted as Shiksha Karmi Grade-I on 6.11.2006 and thus she seems to have lost seniority of about 12 years. 4.
Given the limited grievance that Petitioner has and considering the fact that she has made representation to the Authorities concerned, let Respondents No.2 & 3 get the original service record of Petitioner and verify her date of appointment and grant proper seniority to her from the date of her initial appointment i.e, 6.11.2006.
5.
Let Respondents No.2 & 3 take an appropriate decision in this regard, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
6.
Needless to mention that since the Petitioner now stands absorbed in the Education Department, direction is given to Respondents No.2 & 3 to contact the concerned Authority in the Panchayat Department also, if required, to verify the original date of appointment of Petitioner.
7.
With aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) sharad JUDGE
