The counsel for the petitioners makes a limited prayer that the petitioners may be permitted to fill the form of MD (Ayurved) as the last date for filling up of the said form is today.

According to the counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have moved an application by which they have sought permission from the department to pursue the said MD course, but till date no permission has been granted and

the application for permission is pending consideration. According to him, if the petitioners are granted permission at a later stage, they would not be able to participate as they would not be in a position to fill up that form. 3.

Given the limited prayer that the petitioners have made, subject to the decision being taken on the application for permission sought for by the petitioners, the petitioners are as of now granted permission by this Court as a special case to apply for the said MD course subject to their filling up their form today itself.

It is further directed that, the application for permission to appear in the MD course which is pending consideration before the authorities concerned be decided by the respondent No.2 within a period of 45 days from today. 5.

The counsel for the petitioners at this juncture submits that, in case if the authorities refuse to grant permission to the petitioners, then the petitioners would not raise any further claim on the same. 6.

With the aforesaid undertaking, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off.
