The order under challenge suspending the petitioner under Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and

Appeal) Rules, 1966 has been passed by the respondent No.4. The said order is appealable under Rule 23 of the CCA Rules, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 2.
