(2) The petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 05.10.2014 passed by Gram Panchayat Achhola, Janpad Panchayat Mahasamund, appointing respondent no.6 as Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator in the said Gram Panchayat. (3) The impugned order is appealable under Clause 15 of the Guidelines for Appointment of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as not maintainable. The petitioner may avail the alternative remedy within 30 days from today.
