(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 161/2014 registered at Police Station Anda, District Durg (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1567/2015.
(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application.
