By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction of this Court on the ground that under the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has been transferred to two different places and therefore, the petitioner does not know, where he should proceed.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the matter shall be examined by the State Government and necessary clarification shall also be issued.

Considering the submission made above, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the State Government to issue appropriate clarification as to whether the petitioner has been transferred to District Treasury Balrampur or District Treasury Korba. Till the appropriate clarification order is issued by the State Government, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
