1. The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 19.5.2017, however, charge-sheet has not been served to him within three months and his order of suspension has not been revoked till this date.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.5/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Pandariya, who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for revocation of order of

suspension in the light of judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary V. Union of India1 within 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation along with a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
