Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.4 to issue select list of AG III for Scheduled Tribe (Women) 5 posts, by keeping the petitioner in the top 5 names. Select list has
already been issued by the respondents vide Annexure - P/2, therefore, inclusion of the petitioner's name in the said list would change the entire list, however, the petitioner has not arrayed such candidates who would be effected by redrawing of the select list. (See: Ranjan Kumar, etc. v. State of Bihar & Ors.1).

Accordingly, the writ petition is not maintainable on account of non-joinder of necessary parties. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a duly constituted petition afresh.
